ABOUT

Akhshay have been working in Theatre primarily as Actor & Director over past 15 years. He has performed at prestigious venues including, Stanford University, Gessnerallee (Zurich), Off-off-broadway, Spoken Fest, International Hockey World Cup to name a few.
Trained with internationally acclaimed artists and companies: Ellen Lauren, Anne Bogart, Eugenio Barba, Veenpani Chawla & Adishakti team, Amy Russell.
His acting has ranged from realistic plays to physical theatre to traditional forms to text-centric as well as expressive movement work.
Now starting his journey in front of camera with Sony Channel’s promo for prithviraj chauhan & Hotstar’s art of making.

  1. Akhshay’s most recent training has been 1 year mentorship with Ellen Lauren (SCOT & SITI) and Barney O’ Hanley (SITI). It focused on finer details of Suzuki Method & Viewpoints training.
